Well got really sick with pneumonia exasperated by Asthma back in September 2013 and had to go on steroids for about 3 months. Unfortunately, that came with weight gain. I was so off program. Didn't pay attention to food intake and exercise was non existent. Tomorrow I am starting back at the Center for Medical Weight Loss where I had a huge success. Want to feel good about myself again. I was doing so well. So here's to a new start and new losses.
